Program description

• Support ticket updates: alerts when a support ticket is created, updated, or resolved.
• Project, staffing, and technical updates: shift changes, technical alerts, and project announcements.
• MFA and security codes: one-time passcodes and urgent account security alerts.

Consent and eligibility

By submitting the SMS Opt-In Form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to use the mobile number provided, and voluntarily agree to receive the selected messages from inc-sys IT Services LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This program sends non-marketing messages only; no marketing or promotional messaging will be sent.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the message types you select and relevant account, support, project, staffing, technical, or security activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS messages. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To participate again, submit a new opt-in request.
