Last updated: October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how inc-sys IT Services, LLC (“inc-sys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit inc-sys.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use features made available through the Site.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact and assessment requests: your name, work email, message, and any company name, phone number, company size, or service interest you choose to provide.
- SMS enrollment: your name, email address, mobile number, relationship to inc-sys, selected message categories, consent choices, and related consent records.
- Authorized account information: when an authorized site administrator signs in, the identity provider may provide an account identifier, email address, name, and profile image.
- Communications: information you include when you email, call, or otherwise communicate with us. Please do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through the general contact form.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, user-agent string, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events. We use this information to deliver the Site, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, enforce request limits, and protect our systems.
The Site uses essential cookies for administrator authentication, security, session management, and interface preferences. These cookies are not used for targeted advertising.
When enabled for the published Site, Replit’s built-in analytics records pageviews and may include referring sites, campaign parameters such as UTM values, and general browser and device information to help us understand Site traffic and how visitors find our content. When a LinkedIn Partner ID is configured for the published Site, the Site loads the LinkedIn Insight Tag. LinkedIn sets cookies and uses information about Site visits and interactions for website analytics and ad measurement. LinkedIn may associate that information with your LinkedIn account and process it under LinkedIn’s own terms and privacy policy. The Insight Tag does not load unless its Partner ID is configured.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- respond to inquiries and schedule or provide requested assessments and services;
- administer the SMS program and document consent or opt-out requests;
- authenticate and support authorized Site administrators;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- analyze Site traffic, usage, and audience trends and measure the effectiveness of our content, outreach, and advertising;
- detect fraud, spam, misuse, and security incidents;
- comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- To service providers that support hosting, databases, cloud file storage, authentication, email delivery, telecommunications, security, and Site operations. They may process information only to provide services to us and subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.
- To analytics and advertising providers: Replit provides the Site’s built-in analytics when enabled for the published Site. When the LinkedIn Insight Tag is active, LinkedIn receives information about Site visits and interactions and uses it for website analytics and ad measurement, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- For legal and safety reasons when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public.
- In a business transaction involving a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, subject to applicable law.
- With your direction or consent.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS privacy
Our SMS Privacy Policy provides additional details specific to our non-marketing text messaging program. The SMS Terms and Conditions describe message frequency, carrier charges, eligibility, HELP, and STOP instructions.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, providing services, maintaining business and consent records, securing the Site, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected. Temporary security and upload records expire or are removed when no longer needed. We may retain information longer when required by law or reasonably necessary for a legal claim.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, or object to or restrict certain processing, by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. To limit LinkedIn’s use of information collected by the Insight Tag, review LinkedIn’s advertising settings and privacy settings, and use your browser’s cookie controls. These settings are managed by LinkedIn and your browser; the Site does not provide a separate opt-out control for the Insight Tag. Disabling essential cookies may prevent authentication or other Site features from working.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, contact us so we can review and address the request.
Third-party websites
The Site may link to third-party websites, publications, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update its effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a revision means the revised policy will apply to future use, to the extent permitted by law.
